@Simonlj83@Kylemr Yeah I don’t really care about if the rates drop or do whatever now I just like certainty so I might pay more but worth it for certainty. Depends on people’s appetite for risk at the end of the day for paying more or less each month
@MazzaInvests Could have gotten a rate of 4.9% if I’d picked a fixed for 5 years but with the state of public finances and the impact of mini budgets of the past I would rather pay more now that I know I can afford than risk it going stupidly high and regretting it.
@MazzaInvests I have a month left on my 7 year fix that was as 1.9%. Picked a new 10yr fix with same mortgage provider no fees at 5.11% as I just like certainty of what I will be paying as live alone. Loan to value is about 40% monthly payment has gone up £140 a month.
@Conservatives It’s not what he said at all it will still increase let’s attack everything he says and not work with him to make things better for the country as a whole.
@Lord_Sugar 1, Misled yes they pasted the £350m all over the sides of buses where is that. Would have control of boarders and we haven’t not that I thought it was out of control anyway. All the benefits famers used to get all gone with grants and subsidies. The list is endless
@Lord_Sugar 2, I voted to remain so didn’t want to leave anyway. However I’m not against leaving just nobody could say for certainty what or how it would work
