OMG @gigaclear, now five days our entire village has been without internet, critical infrastructure, and you still have no plan to resolve. It looks like this is a result of you not burying your cables to the correct depth. And your service page still shows as operational!

@GWRHelp what is going on, we are on the 10.45 bus from Swindon to Reading. We have been into Reading turned around, been up the M4 to Maidenhead and now going back down the M4 to Reading!! We have now missed all our connecting trains!
