Serious movies could have a serious version, funny ones otherwise, etc

So keep the mental model you have, but the JIT can now be a little more cheeky and stash an instance on the stack without you asking because it knows the lifetime of the instance is just that scope

So maybe the reference points to a spot on the stack rather than the heap - key bit!!

My bag was a laptop bag which probably weighs 1kg, plus 3kg laptop, power brick, etc. Like a briefcase with wheels. Small.
Had they said at check-in that they'd weigh and if was over, no qualms.
Instead it's a $ ambush at gate
