@JamesVanFleet disappointed that @RoyalCaribbean didn’t inform the Guests sailing Symphony on 08/31, and we had to find out the cancellation by seeing the update to the 08/24 Symphony. The storm slowed down and would be far from Miami during set sail on Saturday. Unbelievable!
