@ai only difference is the economics behind doing so. launching an L1/L2 won’t have the same immediate benefit for tradfi or legacy tech companies. but the lower the barrier for entry the better imo, we don’t want our decentralized dollars centralized into a few orgs (oh the irony)

Ironically permissioned defi is tradfi on-chain but it’s a good start.
