Elon in new presentation: "Our AI revenue will exceed all other @SpaceX revenue probably next month (September), and will significantly exceed all other SpaceX revenue in Q4. AI has become an extremely important part of SpaceX's future."
For 3 years straight, every major tech company announced they were building chips to replace Nvidia.
Amazon built Trainium. Google built TPUs. Microsoft built Maia. Meta built MTIA.
Every announcement came with the same story:
"We're reducing our Nvidia dependence"
"We're taking back control of our infrastructure"
"We don't need to pay Jensen's prices anymore"
Wall Street bought it every time. Nvidia would dip.
The "GPU monopoly is cracking" headlines would run for a week.
Analysts would publish price target cuts.
Jensen Huang would always say nothing.
Then this week Meta - the company that 3 months ago was publicly in talks to ditch Nvidia for Google's chips - announced one of the LARGEST chip commitments in tech history.
With Nvidia.
Millions of Blackwell GPUs. Rubin GPUs. Grace CPUs. Vera CPUs. Full networking stack. Tens of billions of dollars locked in for the next decade.
AMD dropped 4% on the news. Google's TPU narrative died quietly.
The entire "Meta is leaving Nvidia" narrative evaporated in 24 hours.
Here's what this reveals about Nvidia's real position:
Their chips have been back-ordered for months.
Next-gen Rubin systems just went into production.
And the companies screaming loudest about building alternatives are STILL buying Nvidia every single time.
This isn't new either.
The same story runs every 6-12 months:
"Big Tech is building custom chips to replace Nvidia."
And every single cycle, those same companies spend MORE money on Nvidia than the year before.
Because Nvidia's CUDA ecosystem took 20 years to build. You don't replace that with a leaked story and a quarterly test run.
The custom chips handle specific workloads. Nvidia runs everything else.
Tech giants combined are spending $650 BILLION on AI infrastructure in 2026.
That's a 60% increase over last year.
Meta alone is spending $135 billion this year. $600 billion by 2028.
At that scale you cannot bet your entire AI infrastructure on unproven alternatives.
Zuckerberg knew this the whole time.
So Nvidia's REAL product was never the chip...
It was the dependency.
And when you're Meta spending $135 billion on AI this year alone, when you're running models for 4 billion users, when one infrastructure mistake costs you hundreds of millions...
You don't gamble to save money on chips.
You call Jensen.
Every single one of them does eventually.
He just sits back and waits.
Do you think Nvidia's dominance is permanent or will someone crack it?
$NVDA should be trading higher than its current up 3% in after-hours.
If you back out the impact of the curbs, YoY revenue growth in April would have been 79% (reported 69%). Guide for July would have been 76% (actual guide with curbs 50%).
That fractional decline of revenue growth quarter over quarter off of a much bigger base is impressive, and the latest evidence that the company's growth will be higher for longer.
BREAKING: If you share NOTHING else this year... please make sure everyone that matters to you sees this. What's revealed in it should make anyone watching it grateful for what DOGE is doing. What DOGE is discovering is truly disturbing. -VJ
@HannaSuds Q is no threat, quite the opposite. NVAQC will dramatically change the landscape. It is Huang that will guide Q it in the right direction. Q day at GTC is a start!
Last night the varsity defeated Liberty 50-46 to capture the championship of the Warrenton tourney! Led by big three’s from Mecker and Turner!
Tessa had 17 points in the second half and 23 total!
@Deenobrown123@The_AI_Investor Have to look at market cap? The market needs to get over the law of large numbers and decide how much they want to compress NVDA’s PE. Will take a announcement of a buy back or give a presentation on another A-Ha moment and it has a 6 trillion M.C, Not a matter of “if” but when
18 years ago, only one Duke student went on mainstream media to defend the Duke lacrosse players
His name is Stephen Miller
Next year, he will become the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Trump White House
Very few Americans realize that, if Trump is NOT elected, this will be the last election. Far from being a threat to democracy, he is the only way to save it!
Let me explain: if even 1 in 20 illegals become citizens per year, something that the Democrats are expediting as fast as humanly possible, that would be about 2 million new legal voters in 4 years.
The voting margin in the swing states is often less than 20 thousand votes. That means if the “Democratic” Party succeeds, there will be no more swing states!!
Moreover, the Biden/Harris administration has been flying “asylum seekers”, who are fast-tracked to citizenship, directly into swing states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin and Arizona. It is a surefire way to win every election.
America then becomes a one-party state and Democracy is over. The only “elections” will be the Democratic Party primaries. This already happened in California many years ago, following the 1986 amnesty.
The only thing holding California back from extreme socialism and suffocating government policies is that people can leave California and still remain in America. Once the whole country is controlled by one party, there will be no escape.
Everywhere in America will be like the nightmare that is downtown San Francisco.
