Dear @RahulGandhi,

Nobody will explain you why you have been losing major elections since the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, in which you and the India alliance performed admirably. So, I'll tell you some painful realities, because maybe it's time someone stated them to you plainly and simply.

First, let me explain why you performed well in the Lok Sabha elections.

Your Congress think tank is going to tell you:

1. This was your Bharat Jodo Yatra.

2. You became a mass leader.

3. People battled against Modi throughout the elections.

4. Congress had a strong social media campaign.

5. India Alliance worked as one squad.

All of these statements are somewhat or indirectly true but none of them are actually true, despite the fact that the Congress think tank would like or want people to believe them.

In actuality, you did not become a mass leader, but your Bharat Jodo Yatra did provided people with a glimmer of hope that maybe you were.

People did fight the elections against Modi, particularly in Uttar Pradesh, but have you ever pondered why?

Congress did have a successful social media campaign, but how did it happen?

And here’s the truth:

During the Lok Sabha elections, you inspired thousands of educated and secular Indians, from India's civil society. These thousands of warriors fought for you, devoting time every day to confront Sanghis, support your social media campaign, but above all, they created a macro narrative.

These folks are the reason you performed so well in the Lok Sabha elections. The majority of them are no longer actively fighting for you. I'm one of them.

Yes, we support you, but we are tired, quite frankly, of you and the whole Congress. Congress is an opaque body that specializes at taking people for granted.

But, above all, you must recognize that these are ideological individuals; they are the only ones capable of countering the Sanghis and their ecosystem.

However, when they will see that you pander to soft Hindutva, they see you do not stand hard for secularism in action, and are not interested in establishing a progressive ecosystem. They get disillusioned.

Right now, they have lost faith in you and Congress.

And, let me tell you, you will lose future elections because your congress team has no clue how to build a macro narrative; they are primarily privileged old school thinkers who are incapable of thinking on their feet or creatively telling stories.

Elections are always about an emotive issues, and you have no idea what they are. That’s why you and your team still believe corruption, joblessness and price rise are election issues.

However, the civil society in India excels at this talent because it is made up of artists, journalists, and other professionals who come from all walks of life, all of whom are excellent storytellers. Elections are always won with a macro emotional narrative.

And you saw it in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections; they performed an excellent job. Listen to them rather than your advisors. Inspire them and demonstrate your alignment with their values. If you inspire them, they will craft a macro narrative for you that Sanghis cannot counter.

If you fail to create a progressive ecosystem of India's civil society voices, you will never win another election.

I understand that I may seem harsh, but this is a terrible reality that you must accept. Sanghis win because their ecosystem fights hard for them.

You had that ecosystem for a short time, but you've lost it now.

The option is yours; if you want to win, build a winning ecosystem. And believe me, there are thousands of them; however, they will not fight for you until you fight for their ideology.

And their ideology is simply "The Idea of India".

India's Youth is un-skilled & unemployable.
And, whose fault do you think this is?

It has become a fashion to blame the YOUTH itself.

Here is the data you should know:-

[1] More than 62% of our population is in the 15 to 59 years age group. About 54% are below 25 years of age.
We have one of the highest working age populations of the world.

And, it requires support in terms of: quality, low cost education which leads to jobs.

Without quality education, you can't perform at a decent job.

Without decent jobs, people see no incentive to get trained.

Both things need to go hand-in-hand.

[2] But, only about 5% of our labour force has undergone any formal skill training.

68% in the UK, 75% in Germany, 52% in the US, 80% in Japan, and 96% in South Korea. These are the numbers for some developed countries.

[3] Why we are not focusing on this problem? because we don't understand the difference between productive spent vs unproductive spent.

It is easier to do photo-ops on big-big buildings. And, get political points.

Rather than getting your hands dirty, training people. And, teaching them "how to fish" (gets one no political points)

The easiest way to command allegiance from the crowd is to (NOT educate them, kill their brains) & make them dependent on you.

These are plain facts.

The return on income tax paid is horrible in India, no where in this world a salaried class is exploit by Govt like this.

You pay 31.2% tax or most probably you give more money to Govt than you spend on yourself annually, but in return

1. To get even a small work done in Govt department, you have to waste months of time or bribe.

2. The condition of 99% hospitals and schools run by Govt is so bad that you will never take go there.

3. You pay lakhs of rupees tax and if you lose the job next year, you don't even get anything in return, You are on road.

If nothing else give income tax payers some priority in getting Railway tickets reservation, some priority in getting their job done in Govt offices but no, you will keep 81cr people dependent on free ration so that they keep voting you and you keep exploiting hardworking salaried class.
