Now 11d overdue, @FedEx pkg was scanned in state, but now can’t be found. Called @FedExHelp Told expedited delivery on Sat. It wasn’t. Told expect call in 48h w pkg location. I wasn’t. Told investigation started and given case number. Rep made that up. Nice, huh?
