polymarket = low context.
anyone can bet on trump saying a word.
riverboat = high context.
small groups of insiders making predictions only they could make.
prediction markets work because they aggregate information. but 90% of real predictions require context most people don't have.
insiders. experts. small groups.
gabriel has been building this for 4 years.
security audit done. shipping soon.
$RIVERBOAT
Good progress today—got our security auditors everything they need to keep moving. Tomorrow I can focus on airdrops. Reaching out to claimants and DM'ing tx signatures by end of week.
New exciting release on Tradecraft. In the signal marketplace you now have thorough performance metrics of all signal sources. On top of that we're leaning more into Telegram call channels and have added 20 call channels that you can now auto-trade through the platform.
After having switched from Windows to Linux on the devices for my children I realized that the parental controls are not as evolved as I was used to.
I'm open sourcing Sundown, https://t.co/Pe4UaZzej3. It helps limiting screen time on Linux devices. It's based on timekpr-next behind the scenes, and adds a web-frontend and remote connectivity.
The installation happens from the childs device and is done in a few steps, after which you can keep track and control the screen time remotely.
$riverboat is a 4+ year bet. not on a product. on fixing prediction markets at the mechanism level.
@gskwxyz has been publicly tracking forecasts with % confidence since 2021. built a prototype in 2022. now shipping.
the core problem with every prediction market that exists: liquidity dependency. you need market makers, orderbooks, enough capital on both sides.
that's why 99% of potential markets never exist. too niche, too illiquid, not worth the infrastructure.
riverboat removes that entirely.
users submit conviction (80% vs 30%). payouts settle directly between participants. no orderbook. no market makers. capital only moves when beliefs clash.
this unlocks permissionless long-tail markets. crypto, macro, internal team decisions, DAO coordination, niche forecasting. anything.
the deeper design: honesty is the only profit-maximizing strategy.
you can't game conviction-based payouts by faking confidence. edge comes from being differently right, not just right.
over time the system surfaces who is consistently accurate. accuracy becomes a compounding asset.
if this works riverboat isn't competing with Polymarket. it becomes the infrastructure layer for pricing truth across any domain.
contracts + wagers + modular resolution. minimal architecture, extensible by design.
@riverboat_x Dev has been open and is communicating for sure, even if he couldn’t deliver on Monday he is still working on the project waiting on Mainnet is all we all need to be anticipating and ofcourse believing in what he is doing. God willing end of April or even beyond let him cook
We've got a Request for Audit up now on Areta Marketplace—1,600 lines of code across two Solana Programs.
If any Rektoff graduates want to get involved or submit a bid, drop a comment here and we'll get in touch!
One of our former students @gskwxyz, is building in public.
He just shipped a working devnet build for his @solana-native project @riverboat_x and is now moving toward mainnet.
The codebase is written in native @Solana with Rust tests, and he is looking for sharp eyes on it before the next step.
Everyone who came through past Rektoff cohorts with strong results, please make sure to tap in.
Also, if you are into breaking things, reviewing early-stage infra, or just want to help a fellow builder put the system under pressure, this is a good place for all @solana_devs to jump in.
Contract search + filter working now on dashboard
Going on stream presently to talk through Solana program architecture and make some diagrams

Day 3:
Rocking in my $RIVERBOAT
Dev dropped a proper community update yesterday — Telegram group is now live, X Community reminder went out, and they’re even asking what we want in a future Discord (voice chats? gaming?). Small but important steps while the protocol keeps cooking.
Meanwhile the Helius websockets are fully integrated and running smooth on devnet. .
Solo builder @gskwxyz moving methodically — shipping code one day, community the next. In 2026 that kind of quiet consistency stands out.
Price for @riverboat_x also pumped yesterday from 120k to 240k mcap
Now setlling back around 170k
@aeyakovenko Solana-native infra + real community building
@0xMert_ Helius real-time layer is clean
