The man didn't have cancer when it began, it's a 1.7 million dollar home, he was a financial advisor in his life, and he was building an indoor basketball court in that home. Even if it was unintentional, she still tried to run him over by attempting to resist arrest and disregarding the safety of others in her attempt to flee the scene.

The margin of error from ICE is actually extremely low compared to that of regular police actions
