ICE issued an immigration detainer with the Alachua County Jail asking them to contact ICE if they are going to release Gurpinder Singh on bond — that way ICE can assume custody of him while he awaits justice in this case.

🔎Singh is an Indian national arrested for allegedly trying to scam her out of nearly $500K worth of property. He entered the United States illegally at a currently unknown time and place.

ICE @ERONewOrleans officers arrested Gabriel Maror Ayuel, a criminal illegal alien from Sudan, in Nashville on May 5.

Ayuel, 55, was convicted of first-degree attempted murder in Davidson County in 2003 and sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Thanks to a 287(g) partnership, the Mongomery County Sheriff’s Office quickly confirmed the immigration status of Juan Ayala Montero, a 60-year-old criminal illegal alien from Mexico, who was arrested after allegedly opening fire on his neighbors over Memorial Day weekend. After confirming, they were able to lodge an immigration detainer and prevent him from being released if he were granted bond.

ICE @EROBoston arrested Jose Luis Carmarena-Pena, of Mexico, at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections in New Hampshire after he was released from custody.

Convictions:
👉Domestic violence — assault
👉Domestic violence — stalking
👉Resisting arrest

He’s currently in removal proceedings, will remain in ICE custody pending his probable departure.

ICE @EROPhiladelphia officers took custody of Armando Ortiz-Hernandez an illegal alien from Mexico convicted of sexually assaulting a child. Then failing to register as a sex offender.

🔎He was in his 40s when he sexually abused a child younger than 13 in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.

Our officers picked him up May 25 upon his release from the Wyoming County Jail where he was serving more time after failing to register as a sex offender.

🚨Four illegal alien Tren de Aragua members plead guilty to 2024 double murder of U.S. citizens.

They also pleaded guilty to shooting a third U.S. Citizen in 2024 in Bronx, N.Y., following an ICE @HSI_HQ investigation with its @HSTFNCC partners.

Vidal George-Jimenz, of Honduras, just finished up a 2012 rape conviction sentence that followed his arrest by police in Portland on charges of sodomy, sexual abuse, sexual penetration and strangulation.

Unfortunately, due to sanctuary policies in Portland, officials refused to honor an ICE detainer, and he was released back into the community after serving his sentence.

ICE Portland Fugitive Operations had to find him in the community at-large. Officers arrested him May 21 at his residence.

.@USCIS has revealed RAMPANT fraud in juvenile immigrant claims.

For years, state court judges failed to verify whether THOUSANDS of illegal alien minors actually met the requirements to enter our nation — allowing criminals, gang members, and suspected terrorists to obtain lawful status.

State court judges MUST take greater steps to combat this fraud and ensure these aliens meet requirements to enter the United States.

ICE @ERONewark arrested Marcos Delacruz, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador who was convicted of sexual assault and fraud, upon his release from a state correctional facility in Avenel, NJ.

🔎He entered the country illegally and a judge ordered him removed from the United States in 1997. Under Secretary Mullin, ICE is enforcing immigration law as passed by Congress while prioritizing criminals like Delacruz who pose the greatest threat to the public.
