@NapaRegister Oh, I just saw this. FYI @edingler: We didn't order sake "omakase" style from the chef - he isn't involved in the sake selection. Rather, I asked the (former) manager for his sake recommendations for each dish, but ultimately made my own final decision based on aroma/flavour. 😊
