@HM_Passport can you advise timelines for first child passport applying from Switzerland. Applied Nov 1 but documents received not updated until Nov 23 - desperately need to travel home but no option to fast track from abroad

@easyJet really disappointed with customer services. Receive an email saying I can request a voucher refund yet when I called was fobbed off and told I couldn’t!!!

@SouthernRailUK Thanks but why the conflicting advice? I have always submitted them together and never had an issue. However my problem is that I have no idea which ticket has been successfully submittted to know which one to resubmit as the claim did not detail this?

@SouthernRailUK I submitted two delay repays for the last two train trips my husband and I undertook-one was accepted but the second declined based on it being a duplicate. I have been advised to resubmit but no detail on which ticket I need to resubmit which isn’t helpful????

@SouthernRailUK Currently stuck in Eastbourne with absolutely no support provided by staff-why haven’t Taxi’s being arranged if trains are running from hampden Park. Will now miss my flight home
