Met up with some new ➕ friends and it's so surprising how we jived right away. Pag same wavelength talaga, it's easy to gel together. I suggest our new ➕ brothers to find your support system so you'd feel that you're not alone in this battle.

Recommended another PLHIV friend to an opportunity i passed up coz I wasnt ready mentally and he has better experience in the public sector. Today he told me that he got the job. I have really embraced the role of a headhunter to my friends 😅

Just had a heart to heart conversation with a really valued PLHIV friend. He's able to help me put things in perspective after this very traumatic experience I have been through. Very thankful that I have these kinds of people in my life.

Also, had this rude awakening din after i had my annual consultation with Doc Kate yesterday. Cant let our guards down with U=U kasi other STIs are still around and can very much kick you right in the balls if youre not careful. Buti nalang talaga we have annual tests.

disclose my status to him coz ive never done this before to a non PLHIV, but i want to do it before we get intimate (hes been asking when do we get to do it). Disclosing is a very big deal for me, and I dont know if it's worth the risk. But i sure do wanna get intimate with him
