This trend is becoming alarming on bug bounty platforms, penalty needs to be implemented for unresponsive protocols. SLA seems to be a joke nowadays

Hackers don’t need more programs if they come at the cost of unresponsiveness. It’s frustrating to invest time in a program and not receive even an initial response within the first two months.

It must be better to either discontinue such programs or introduce penalties for prolonged inactivity.

Lets be fair, if there could be submission cost, then there should be penalty for programs for late or no responses as well.
