It can be overwhelming to prepare for being out of supplies for a week or a month. I just started with the basics. I will water and food and a way to cook it. Also...don't talk about it locally because you just may have a problem on your hands when push comes to shove.

I don't even have words. In my opinion the stress of trying to do sleep training with baby Callan was the initial stressor that started her spiral.

The journals from the trial describe her sleep-training him around four to six months, hearing him cry for over an hour without going in, which she said nearly broke her. - well IMO it was the start of what broke her.

I want to know whose idea the sleep training was.
