@Beer52HQ@Lootz28 A COUPLE of delays... have you seen your trust pilot, Twitter feed? Stop lying to yourselves. You can't cope and customers are paying the price with both beer not arriving and being unable to cancel...

@ipb @Beer52S @Beer52HQ Cancelling is harder than you'd imagine! Think no delivery is bad enough, I tried to cancel four months ago and only a few weeks ago did they cancel. Still took my money each month though!
@dwy6613@harryhansonhits@Beer52HQ Maybe it was the free beer offer which crippled them? Too many people wanting free beer and too many people wanting to cancel before the next month's payment and it's resulted in this mess

@beerhunter74 @Beer52S @Beer52HQ I've been dealing with Beer 52 for nearly four months now! Emailed and called back in October. Managed to get a reply on Christmas day of all days! I just wanted to cancel my free trial and they made it impossible. Now fighting to get money back for boxes I didn't want.

You sign up but they make it very difficult to cancel you subscription by not answering the phone, being closed weekends, no reply to emails or social media

@TSScot you guys need to investigate @Beer52HQ based in Edinburgh. How they operate their company is certainly not above board. Their trust pilot tell all. 3months to cancel a subscription and be charged with no refund. Not answering phone calls! I'm sure I'm not alone
@chloeglovemusic @Beer52HQ With you on that! I never got in touch I was on hold for so long in my work hours and my emails got ignored! Took 3 months to cancel! Unreal
