Hi @BrewDog - ordered from your website on Sunday and my order is still sat with status of “packing”? Is this normal? It says delivery 3-5 days on your website....first time customer - not a great experience so far!
@easyJet@Ankaman616 How about lifting the ridiculous “offer” deadline as well then? Been trying to get through for a few days and just sat on hold. Call me cynical but it feels like a deliberate tactic to stop people being able to claim their voucher! Shocking

Wholesale changes required, and these if only come if people speak out and challenge the status quo. Not about egos at all
