Why does the growing & stable industry progress in aspects concerning attention gaining?

Because they use attractive things & people.

It's not about the blings. It's all about human psychology... you'd most likely listen to an attractive well packaged person in a good environment than other. Especially if you're a first timer, or an irregular.

I'm going to list the 2 most effective govt agencies i have experienced great customer services with.

1. CAC - Not the new one. But the old CAC, talking 2021 & 2022. They'd literally call back if your airtime finishes mid-call, and they'll call you back if you call multiple times and they missed your calls. But, recent CAC service will keep you waiting and not attend to your satisfaction in the end.

2. NRS - one would say of course, they're the revenue collection service. But, then again... they can choose to make it a pain for you. I love what they have done with the customer support service. They'd also literally call you back if your airtime finishes mid-call, and they always try to understand you. They don't assume they know, they try to hear you out and figure out a solution together with you.

Well... in all, I love what both have achieved with their service delivery system.

When you see things that can be of advantages online but brought out from the IRS.

The first question you should ask is... Is it applicable here in Nigeria?

E.g. the consolidated tax advantage on a HoldCo, the Tax system on investment growth - leaving an inheritance, and the debt to wealth advantage.

They mostly are not applicable anywhere in Africa, not by any means close infact.... especially, if you're in Nigeria.

Founders that grow don't do Hard things first. They don't do easy things first either.

They do things that moves the needle first.

There are no exact patterns of Hard or soft. Just doing the next thing does the job better.

A friend was speaking with me sometime ago, he said he wanted to setup private state/national competition. Like PL, laliga.

He said the NFL isn't doing their Job, and have poor PR.

He wants to build his and invest heavily on PR. He mentioned the pathways.

He claimed if he invested in NFL PR it'll be nothing to write about as they'll always mess up.... evidently.

I'm not sure how far he has gone with it now.... but, I know... sometimes, great PR is all it takes.

I'll reach him and ask how we might proceed.
