@SteveSaretsky Well, this is what happens when you elect incompetent and corrupt people to run your communities. Who's getting these contracts? Why is there no transparency on the bidding and negotiation process? With the size of this budget, you can hire an outside firms with cheaper labor.

@ShaneCarwin2 @Christine_2088 You need context because that 63% doesn't say much. There are 2.2 millionaires(many, if not most, immigrants). If the 63% is achieved in the next 5 years, that's 1.3 new millionaires. While population growth from just immigration was 1 million in 2023.
