@PlacementsGH @wacsi @FordFoundation His line: try something, and if it fails, try another. Leadership determines whether an organisation can actually apply the resources it has.

I spent 3 days in Abuja with CSOs from across Nigeria, Kofi Awity's @PlacementsGH leadership sessions under @wacsi's CSR-Hub, with @FordFoundation, are still on my mind.

I represented @SCAADInitiative at @Invictusafrica's VPS Series launch in Abuja. Key insight: Nigerian voters are open to women, youth & PWD candidates; the real barrier is they rarely make the ballot. Takeaway: join a party early; don't rely on social media alone.

As the Project Lead for the CROWY Project (Community Resilience Opportunities for Women and Youth) in Nasarawa State, I had the privilege of convening and engaging key stakeholders whose roles are critical to the success and sustainability of this intervention.

It was truly an insightful gathering where knowledge, information, and action came together to inspire lasting change in African agriculture.

This was me at the Sahel Food Systems Changemakers Conference themed "Designing for Legacy: Building Resilience and Impact-Driven Food Systems."

[Sandra Igwilo @IgwiloSandra]

Discussions also emphasised the need for accessible, practical tools for farmers including weather forecasts to guide planting, and veterinary resources for managing livestock health.

[Sandra Igwilo @IgwiloSandra]

Key speakers, partners, and stakeholders shared powerful insights on the importance of partnerships and intentional design strategies that prioritize the well-being of every African child.

[Sandra Igwilo @IgwiloSandra]

The conference focused on creating food systems that are sustainable and effective: designed to thrive even beyond the lifespan of donor funding.
