Recent repeated derogatory remarks by Tamil Nadu leader Udhayanidhi Stalin regarding Sanatan Dharma are deeply concerning and demand a strong, unified condemnation.

Comparing an ancient faith—followed by millions—to diseases like malaria or dengue isn't just "political criticism"; it is a blatant promotion of hate speech that hurts the religious sentiments of a vast population.

True leadership lies in fostering social harmony and mutual respect, not in vilifying a specific community’s heritage and spiritual foundations for political posturing.

While everyone has the right to advocate for social reform, such progress should never come at the cost of dehumanizing others or inciting communal friction.

India’s strength is its pluralism. When leaders use their platforms to attack the core tenets of a faith, they undermine the very fabric of our democracy.

We call for an immediate end to this divisive rhetoric and urge a return to respectful, constructive dialogue.
