Let me tell you all about this BS. I upgraded to the 1 gig @GetSpectrum plan. Got my equipment today, activated it and all. I ran a speed test, which confirmed I am hitting BELOW 100 mbps, while paying for a plan that is advertised to hit up to 1000!!
