BREAKING ๐จ: Housing Market
The largest mortgage lender in the United States, United Wholesale Mortgage, just fell to its lowest closing price in history and is on track for its 9th consecutive red month, its longest losing streak in history ๐ ๐ ๐ฑ
Undervaluation is not about buying the cheapest share. It is about acquiring quality businesses below their intrinsic value.
Five stocks worth fundamental research:

๐จ WARNING: MONDAY WILL BE THE WORST DAY OF 2026!!
Japan just officially hit the panic button.
They will liquidate $6.2 TRILLION of foreign assets, including U.S. Treasuries, stocks, and ETFs.
If you hold any assets right now, you MUST read this before October 12:
The BOJ is pulling money back to Japan.
And the largest carry trade in history is starting to unwind right now.
For decades, Japan maintained interest rates near zero.
That status made the yen the cheapest funding currency on Earth.
Investors borrowed trillions of yen cheaply.
And invested that capital into U.S. Treasuries, stocks, real estate, crypto, and global markets.
That deal is breaking now.
Japan is stuck with huge debt.
$13.1 TRILLION and counting.
And on top of that:
โ Shrinking population.
โ Massive bills for pensions.
โ Pressure from a weak yen.
Now the bosses want ALL the cash back home.
By any means necessary.
The Finance Minister said pension funds, including GPIF, the world's biggest pension fund, have to buy more Japanese assets instead of foreign ones.
GPIF alone holds around $1.8 trillion.
Hundreds of billions are moving in this shift.
Japanese investors have already sold tens of billions of U.S. Treasuries this year.
And the Bank of Japan raising rates just gives them another reason to keep cash at home.
This is the Reverse Carry Trade.
It's one of the biggest money risks on Earth.
Because when Japanese money comes back...
Someone else has to buy what Japan sells.
More Treasuries hit the floor.
Bond prices drop and yields jump.
Cash gets tight.
And borrowing costs go up everywhere.
That's how panic spreads.
Quietly at first.
Then all at once.
After decades of paying for global markets, Japan is starting to pay for itself.
And that changes everything.
More swings.
Less cash.
Watch closely.
Most people won't get why markets are crashing until it's too late.
I've watched markets for over 12 years and called almost every big top and bottom.
If you want to survive the 2026 cycle, follow and turn notifications on.
I warned you before.
And I'll warn you again soon.
A lot of people will wish they followed sooner.

@elonmusk Dear President Musk,
please let Chinese BYD enter the American market.. why should Tesla have a monopoly ?
your monopoly is justified in the name of national security.. others are condemned as oligarchy.. what a convenient distinction! ..
an oligarch whore is crying ๐
Dear Prime Minister Ambani,
Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India.
Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete?
There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better.
Thank you ๐
KHAADI will use IPO proceeds of about PKR 1.77bn to repay old loans of HBL, AKBL, Al-bakara bank & Faysal bank โ-While prospectus show that renewal of all same loans also in process meaning after maturity to be secured again. ๐ฆ
KHAADI Face value set weeks before filing ๐
The 12.5-paisa face (0.125) value is recent. On June 24, 2026, Khaadi issued bonus shares that raised its paid-up capital from about Rs5mn to Rs250mn.
Two days later, shareholders approved a stock split that cut the face value from Rs10 to Rs0.125, turning 25mn shares into 2bn.
A split does not change the multiple of price to face value. Had Khaadi kept a Rs10 face value, the same offer would be priced at Rs992 per share, still 99.2 times face value.
The multiple reflects how much equity Khaadi has built on a small share capital base. At June 30, 2026, share capital stood at Rs250mn against a net worth of Rs7.48bn. That puts book value at Rs3.74 per share, roughly 30 times face value, before any IPO premium.
