Keep in mind this (minor) drawback of #supinePCNL: tract is longer and the likelihood that normal Amplatz sheath is not long enough is much higher as it happened today... be ready with #obese longer sheath that unfortunately are not in the European catalogue! 3 weeks to have it!

This is how a #resonance metallic #stent by @cookuro looks like after 1 year indwell time: impressive! it seems brand new! Regardless the high cost, definitely cost effective in the long term & Gr8 advantage 4the patient! I think we can consider also a longer indwell time. #ETCE
