The majority of trans people who suffer from gender dysphoria suffer with suicidal ideation due to a variety of environmental factors such as not being accepted as being the other gender, feeling like their living in the wrong body, etc

Everyone sits on a spectrum from male to female. That’s what bimodal means in terms of sex. This is why there are XX females who are born without a womb and can’t reproduce for instance.
