Bought health insurance through @policybazaar expecting support in difficult times. Instead, @NivaBupa rejected my genuine reimbursement claim by alleging "fraud" without providing any clear evidence. They even claimed my treating doctor wasn't registered.

What's even more shocking is that Niva Bupa claimed my treating doctor was "not registered" despite me submitting the doctor's valid registration certificate. Such irresponsible allegations don't just hurt policyholders—they also tarnish the reputation of qualified medical docs.
