AIESL Higher ups has officially crossed the line into open tyranny. By refusing to issue relieving letters and NOCs to resigned employees, management isn't just being difficult—they are in direct contempt of orders from the Labour Commissioner of Nagpur. We will not watch our colleagues be held hostage by bureaucratic spite. The workforce has united for a sit-in outside the GM’s office. We aren't moving until the law is followed and our people are freed.

The scope has shifted. We are no longer just fighting for letters; we are fighting for our future. Our long-term demands are now on the table: absolute resignation rights, immediate salary and DA revision, implementation of the New Labour Code, and a transparent promotion policy. The Non-Cooperation Movement is hitting the bottom line hard, and that is the only language this management seems to speak. We will not resume work on "good faith"—we resume when we have what we’ve earned.

The intense stress currently felt across the management ranks is a direct consequence of their own bad-faith tactics. We do not fear termination or "strict actions." Those threats lost their power the moment you stripped us of our dignity. This movement stops only when our standards are met.

Management’s attempt to "pacify" us with vague promises to "look into the matter" has failed. We gave a clear ultimatum: provide the experience letters and NOCs by the deadline or face an escalated response. That deadline has passed with zero results. Consequently, the Non-Cooperation Movement has resumed with full force, backed by AIESL employees nationwide. If you won't honor your legal obligations, don't expect us to honor your deadlines.
