@StevePuttrich@NickJFreitas I understand where you are coming from, but I disagree with how you are applying it. Romans was wrote specifically to the church in Rome. The direct condemnation only applies to them. Paul's is warning that we have to judge by God's standards not ours, not that we cannot judge.
@StevePuttrich@NickJFreitas Steve, can you provide verses for this, when I read Romans 2 it warns about hypocrisy, I dont see where it says anything like what you are mentioning. I would argue thatProverbs 21:15 and Romans 13:4 back up what Nick is saying about how to handle the situation.
@L25786820589@thatchthoughts@sarahcstock Your being disingenuous. They were not offering surrender in the way you are making it sound. There were some peace talks with a few different countries, including the USSR, but they largely didn't go anywhere, and many in Japan was against any kind of surrender.
@Tictoc453678 @wesleylavalley3@ChristianHeiens Tictoc, you're ignoring that those vote counts that show that almost all democrats voted for the CARES act. It wasn't just a republican bill. The only democrat who voted against it was AOC, who said we hadn't gone far enough with the bill. The 4 votes against were republican.
@Dowoftheajones1@Kagan_M_Dunlap I understand where you are coming from, but the 14th ammendment was never intended to provided citizenship to people in the manner that it has been used. It was put in place to make sure freed slaves had citizenship after the civil war.
