I have purchased one item from Amazon. Raised return due to quality issue. Pickup failed 3 times. Customer care disconnect the call by saying we couldn't help you more if carrier is not picking up.
Worst service Amazon.

@AmazonHelp I know Amazon will not help this. Amazon is scared with this particular Delivery boy. He is a goon when ever anyone try to reach out him for the product he demands extra cash.

What a pathetic service by BHFL, I have closed my loan with Bajaj housing. Now they are refusing to refund the insurance premium amount for the remaining time and they are renaming it to Value Added Service instead of insurance what a joke
