I'm free from bangtan academy. The most sickening experience for the last week. Instead of acknowledgement and teamwork with the students they decided on dictatorship. Hope they will change the name

Really truly hope that the people left at Bangtan Academy can convince admins to remove Bangtan from the name, and stop using bots in the members image. It does not represent the group, the guys or the community they encourage well.

I left Bangtan Academy today and I will seriously side-eye anyone who decides to stay and study there knowing what has happened. Overlooking transphobia, ableism, racism, and more because you want to “avoid drama” and “just study” makes you complicit in my eyes. That’s all ☺️

Up until a couple of months ago, I was disappointed I never got into the BA, now, I know, I dodged a bullet. How anyone still wants to study there is beyond me. There are better ways to learn Korean.

The fact that this specific Admin DMd a student a few days ago, to say they will try to persuade them to stay in the server and handcuff them to one of the Tournaments. YIKES. OP is a better human than I am, I would have posted w/o censoring the name of that Admin.
