If you are ordering small, lightweight items, expect to pay inflated box-rate shipping because they will prioritize sending you a book over shipping your item efficiently. So disappointing @uline

I literally ordered a single, small plastic sleeve of shrink bands. The item weighs under 7 oz and fits entirely
purely to act as a spacer for a heavy Spring/Summer product catalog I didn't even request.
By double-boxing a tiny item to force-ship marketing materials, they artificially inflated the dimensional size tier of the package, driving up the carrier shipping cost to $9.50.
While customer service eventually offered a tiny $1.90 credit after a lot of back-and-forth, it is highly disappointing that a logistics giant forces small businesses to bear the handling costs and environmental waste of unrequested catalogs.

@UPS not only filed a claim on their end and closed it on my behalf, they also altered the entire box and delivered 3 items missing out of the 4 that I sent. Isn’t this supposed to be illegal? Or a felony?
Hi @InstacartHelp I received an email from the trust and safety team about alcohol delivery violation. I haven’t delivered in a week,what violation is this? I contacted support and they just gave me a generic or no answer. Why sending me a violation notice when you cant prove it?

Change is definitely inevitable but what a huge let down @Hyatt dynamic pricing for award stay? Not cool at all. A lot of us are very loyal to you all these years but this seems like greed to me. Oh well, time to venture to other hotel programs.
