Writing again as the situation is getting worse. Train 02569 is being halted unnecessarily at almost every station or made to wait for other trains to pass, increasing the delay further. Passengers deserve an explanation and better planning.

@RailwaySeva @drmbsbner Train No. 02569/70 has been running late **almost every day**, and this is not an isolated incident. On my previous journey from Delhi to Samastipur, it was delayed by **15 hours**, and on my return journey it is again running several hours behind schedule.

@RailwaySeva @drmbsbner Thank you for the response, but this explanation is **not acceptable**. Passengers are not concerned with which railway division currently has jurisdiction over the train. We expect Indian Railways to function as **one integrated system**
