#NewDelhi | @CISFHQrs Contributes to the Green Revolution: Over 44 Lakh Saplings Planted Across the Nation in the last 06 years

Reinforcing its commitment towards environmental conservation and sustainable development, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has achieved remarkable success in its nationwide tree plantation campaign.

Between 2020 and 2025, the Force planted an impressive 44,08,341 saplings, significantly surpassing its cumulative target of 35,70,000 saplings, as set by Ministry of Home Affairs. CISF has maintained an outstanding record in achieving and exceeding the annual tree plantation targets prescribed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

Over the past six years, the Force has consistently planted saplings well above the assigned targets, underscoring its dedication to environmental protection and sustainable development. This accomplishment highlights CISF's growing role in supporting national efforts to enhance green cover and combat climate change.

The large-scale plantation drive reflects CISF's dedication to the Government of India's vision of increasing green cover and combating climate change. Year after year, CISF units across the country actively participated in afforestation initiatives, resulting in plantation figures consistently exceeding annual targets.

दिल्ली पुलिस की नौकरी छोड़कर संजू के पिता केरला शिफ्ट हो गए ताकि उनका बेटा इंडिया के लिए खेले, लेकिन उन्हें क्या पता था कि असली लड़ाई मैदान के अंदर नहीं,

बल्कि बाहर होने वाली है। 18 साल की उम्र में जब संजू ने IPL में एंट्री मारी, तो दुनिया ने कहा कि ये अगला सचिन या कोहली बनेगा, लेकिन किस्मत को कुछ और ही मंजूर था।

2015 में सिर्फ एक मैच खेला और फिर 5 साल के लिए टीम से बाहर हो गए। धोनी, पंत, राहुल सब आए, लेकिन हर बार संजू को लिस्ट से बाहर रखा गया। लोग 'जस्टिस फॉर संजू' चिल्लाते रहे, लेकिन सिलेक्शन के दरवाजे हमेशा बंद मिले।

हद तो तब हो गई जब इस साल भी उन्हें मौका नहीं मिल रहा था। जब कैप्टन सूर्या से पूछा गया कि संजू को खिलाइए, तब उनका जवाब ये आया— 'तो अभिषेक की जगह खिलाऊं? या तिलक की जगह खिलाऊं?'
