During Durga Puja, there is a problem with the environment and the faith of Muslims, that is why Muslims are making these baseless claims. But these are the ones who make the whole country terribly dirty, polluted during Eid-ul-Adha, and even kill cows in front of Hindu temples!

Read the Waqf Act, and you’ll be in tears, hitting your chest, saying even the British didn’t deceive us this much.
Read the details of the Waqf Property Act carefully, section by section, and understand it well.
Wake up now, don’t stay asleep, share this with everyone while there’s still time.
It brings tears to my eyes as I tell you about the massive conspiracy that has already been carried out against us, which we must understand. This is not just about opposing a political party.
We are sitting on a massive threat, completely unaware, and we never even realized it.
These matters are about our country, our religion, our culture, and the future of our children.
First, understand how deeply we’ve been wounded. The law has already been enacted.
In many states, the Waqf Board has already taken over lands. People who had been living on lands for 10 generations, even thousands of years, had their entire villages seized by the Waqf Board.
First, understand, and wherever you find these traitors, start questioning them.
The Waqf Property Act, which the Muslim-favoring Congress implemented in 2013, was designed to eliminate Hindus.
The Waqf Act of 1995 is what makes this extremely dangerous for Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, and the entire land of India.
Section 36 & Section 40: This clause states that the Waqf Board can declare any property as Waqf property, whether it’s private, society-owned, or even a trust property.
Section 40(1): If an individual’s property is declared Waqf property, there’s no provision to provide them with a copy of that order, and if you don’t challenge that declaration within 3 years, it becomes final.
Imagine if your property is declared Waqf property, you won’t even know because there’s no rule requiring them to provide a copy of the order, and if you don’t challenge it within 3 years, the property becomes Waqf’s.
Section 52 & Section 54: Once a property is declared Waqf property, whoever is living there will be considered an encroacher. The Waqf Board will then order the District Magistrate (DM) to remove them, and the DM will be bound to comply with the order.
Sections 4, 5, 6 & 7: If the Waqf Board claims any property, the state government will conduct a survey of that property at its own expense. There are no standards for this; any property can be added to the survey.
There are no notifications, objections, or processes set for this. After the survey, the Survey Commissioner will inform the Waqf Board, and the Waqf Board can declare that property as its own. If anyone has a problem with it, they will have to file a case in the Waqf Tribunal.
Section 6: In 2013, Manmohan Singh introduced a trick in this section. In the 1995 Act, the term used was "person interested," meaning if any Muslim felt their property was wrongfully added by the Survey Officer, they could challenge it in the Waqf Tribunal. But Manmohan Singh cleverly changed it to "person aggrieved."
This means if someone takes your property, you will be considered a "person aggrieved." This is a very subtle but extremely dangerous change.
Sections 28 & 29: The state machinery and DM will be bound to follow any order from the Waqf Board. Now, let's look at the composition of the Waqf Board:
There will be a chairman, an electoral college, with two people chosen by Muslim MPs/MLAs, Bar Council members will only be Muslims, one member will be from Muslim town planning, and there will be a joint secretary.
Now, the question arises: Are such rights given to any Hindu priest, religious leader, or Hindu trust?
Section 9: Under this, there is a Waqf Council, chaired by the Minister in charge of Minority Affairs, who will advise the government on the administration of the Waqf Board.
Section 85: Under this, if any matter is related to Waqf, you cannot file a civil suit. This means if your property is declared Waqf property, you cannot go to a civil court.
You will be forced to go to the Waqf Tribunal, whose composition is dangerous, as political affairs will influence it, with a bureaucrat sitting there, and decisions will be made by a majority vote of 2-1.
Section 89: If you want to go to a civil court, you’ll have to give a 2-month notice to the Waqf Board.
Section 101: You’ll be shocked to know that Waqf Board members are considered public servants. Has any Hindu religious leader, priest, or head of a temple been granted the status of a public servant?
Section 107: There are no restrictions on the Waqf Board; it can challenge any property as Waqf property at any time. When you compare this to the Places of Worship Act 1991, we don’t have such rights.
Because of this, after the Railways and Defense, the Waqf Board owns the most land. This is recorded in the Andhra Pradesh High Court case of Association of Andhra Pradesh Saif Nazim vs Union of India 2009. The Waqf Board has 4 lakh acres of property, and so far, the Waqf has declared 6,59,877 properties as Waqf properties.
This shows how big of a deception has been played against us Hindus.

What type of Arabic banner is displayed on the bus? Is there someone in the Hindu community proficient in Arabic? Why is it written in Arabic instead of Hindi, English, or Bengali, our official language? Could this pose a potential threat to national security? Should we scrutinize such details to understand potential implications or underlying messages within Muslim communities? @narendramodi@PMOIndia@GeneralBakshi@KiniColonel@NIA_India@myogiadityanath@CMOfficeUP@CMOfficeAssam #hindulifematters
There is a concern regarding individuals from the Muslim community carrying bed sheets on roads and soliciting donations under the guise of community hall funding. To avoid inadvertently supporting harmful terrorist activities, consider withholding donations to all beggars, regardless of their religious affiliation.
