Apart from “sorry for the inconvenience caused” we don’t get anything! So now once if we are late that too for 3 mins when we don’t have luggage to check in and have medical emergency..shall we not expect @IndiGo6E staffs to be cooperative? Completely unsatisfied and unhappy!
@IndiGo6E very incorporative staff, pathetic attitude… had flight to catch didn’t have any luggage to checkin had medical emergency so instead of 12.05 am reached there at 12.08 am and was not allowed by the staff (Suraj Yadav) who did not cooperate and misbehaved.
We also connected with customer care and he wanted to connect with the ground staff there but the ground staff even denied to speak to their own staff. So now tell us what actions are been taken when flights are delayed for an hour or so by @IndiGo6E do you guys compensate?
Booked my tickets at 12 pm and it shows pending till 3 hours…on calling customer care you are kept waited for 30 mins and still don’t get solution to this..how is this acceptable?

Doctors,nurses and policemen who are serving the country not caring about their health and life...they getting attacked how disturbing is this? Strict action needs to be taken..entire country is suffering because of few idiots!
