@gangadhar_11 @Deepa55158 The reason is majority of Gujarat had Hard Water, which means ample diluted salts, so while cooking they didn’t add much salt previously, with time the water got treated and got softer but the salt during cooking remained same hence less salty food, same reason for slight sugar
