Everything I know it’s because I continuously went to the branch in stratford & ask questions and clarification.

I was never given the chance through email or letter to come in any branch and if there’s any questions confusion regarding my account / payments / entries etc. to be able to proof anything.
Without any explanation you’ve decided to mess my whole financial situation

I don’t understand how is it possible after 14/15 years of being your customer , to have my accounts closed with Barclays without any explanation whatsoever. Not to mention the lack of communication, no letter or email or phone call to tell me the necessary steps!
