@helenhayes_ Hi Helen , thanks for your response and quick action last week, however the situation with PEH and @lambeth_council has not changed. I'm being presented with allot of red tape with what should be a simple gantry hoist replacement. Please refer to my email. Thanks

hi @helenhayes_ - my Mum , a resisdent , in urgent need of gantry hoist replacement - @LambethSE cancelled NRS contract. "new" provider will not give replacement hoist unless approved by non responsive Lambeth. For safety of my MUm and Carers, this is urgent. An email sent.
