The good news? Since I’m planning to use Cobra I didn’t lose my coverage, I lost the business paying for it.

The front desk said to leave it as my insurance and since the paperwork is slow the finance office for both systems will help me navigate it after surgery

4 hours on the phone and nobody can tell me if my cobra info has been filed, how to retroactively apply it if I don’t have the info for my appointments/surgery and prescriptions for next week, or if I’ll be allowed to have the surgery since my prior authorization is void
