So, should all patients with suspicion for amyloid undergo R1 ratio analysis as part of a non-invasive workup? The authors highlight heterogeneity in the etiology of amyloid (TTRwt, TTRv, AL, etc) and that all patients underwent 3T MRI. So, more work is needed.
