The freedom loving nation of Iran will not forget that Oman lobbied to preserve the most criminal regime in the world. The survival of the Islamic Republic’s terrorist regime serves Oman’s interests. The killing of the Iranian people by Khamenei’s regime does not matter to Oman in the slightest.
Oman has forgotten that the Imperial Iranian Army defeated the communist rebels in Dhofar to prevent the overthrow of Sultan Qaboos. The leader of Iran’s national revolution is the son of that very Shah. We will not forget Oman’s ingratitude.

My fellow countrymen,

Today, the updated version of the Emergency Phase Booklet of the Iran Prosperity Project is being released.
The Iran Prosperity Project is the fifth component of our five-part strategy to reclaim and rebuild Iran. IPP presents the vision and the plan for the transition to democracy and the reconstruction of the country.

The Emergency Period Booklet focuses on the first six months, the country’s urgent needs, the crises anticipated during this period, as well as the solutions and opportunities, and has been prepared with the direct participation of dozens of experts. The draft of this booklet was presented in the summer of 2025.

In pursuit of maximum transparency and accountability, experts and the general public were invited to share their views with those involved in the project. The IPP team held hundreds of hours of discussions with specialists, reviewed thousands of submitted proposals, and has now presented the updated version.

I thank the leadership, executive team, authors, and advisors of the Iran Prosperity Project for taking this significant step. I also express my gratitude to all those who, in a sincere and constructive manner, offered their suggestions to improve the quality of this booklet.

For the first time in these past decades, a national project of this scale has been completed through broad public participation and within a transparent process. We will continue and apply this approach in the other phases of IPP and in future initiatives.

The Emergency Booklet outlines the general framework and programs that I support for administering the country in the day after the fall of the Islamic Republic during the first six months of the transitional period. My team and I are committed to these plans and stand ready, after bringing the Lion and Sun Revolution to victory and overthrowing the Islamic Republic, to assume responsibility for the nation’s affairs. Following that, we will guide the process of power transfer, the establishment of the transitional system, the restoration of security, the reconstruction of the country, and the transition to democracy until their completion.

As always, the support and trust of you, the great nation of Iran, have been and will remain my greatest asset.

ما به این نازنینانی که نبودشان حسرت است، مدیونیم. به نازنینانی که هنوز هستند و به هم‌میهن بودن با آنها مباهات می‌کنم هم همانقدر مدیونیم. ما پیروزی ایران را، بازگرداندن شکوه به مام میهن را، جوانه زدن دوبارهٔ امید در دل این ملت تکرارناشدنی را، سرفرازی پرچم مزیّن به شیر و خورشید را و بازیابی عزت از دست رفتهٔ ایران و ایرانی را به ایشان مدیونیم.

هم‌میهنان عزیزم،

امروز نسخه به‌روزشده کتابچه دوران اضطرار پروژه شکوفایی ایران منتشر می‌شود.

پروژه شکوفایی ایران، بخش پنجم از استراتژی پنج‌گانه ما برای بازپس گرفتن ایران و دوباره ساختن آن است. پروژه شکوفایی، چشم‌انداز و ‌برنامه‌ گذار به دموکراسی و ‌‌بازسازی کشور را ارائه می‌کند.

کتابچه دوران اضطرار در شش ماه اول، نیازهای فوری کشور، بحران‌های پیش رو در این دوره، و راه‌ حل‌ها و‌ فرصت‌ها تمرکز دارد، و با مشارکت مستقیم ده‌ها متخصص تهیه شده است. پیش‌نویس این کتابچه در تابستان ۱۴۰۴ ارائه شد.

در راستای شفافیت و‌ پاسخگویی حداکثری، از متخصصان و عموم مردم خواسته شد نظرات خود را با دست‌اندرکاران در میان بگذارند. تیم پروژه شکوفایی صدها ساعت با متخصصان به گفتگو نشست؛ هزاران پیشنهاد رسیده را بررسی کرد و اینک نسخه به‌روزشده را ارائه کرده است.

من از مدیریت، تیم‌ اجرایی، نویسندگان، و مشاوران پروژه شکوفایی ایران برای برداشتن این گام بلند سپاسگزارم. همچنین از همه کسانی که به شکلی دلسوزانه ‌و سازنده، پیشنهادهای خود را برای بهبود کیفیت این کتابچه ارائه کردند تشکر می‌کنم.

برای نخستین بار در این چند دهه، پروژه‌ای ملی و در این ابعاد، با مشارکت همگانی و در یک روند شفاف انجام شده و به سرانجام رسیده است. ما این روند را در دیگر فازهای پروژه شکوفایی و دیگر پروژه‌ها ادامه خواهیم داد و استفاده خواهیم کرد.

کتابچه اض��رار، رئوس کلی ساختار و برنامه‌های مورد حمایت من برای اداره کشور در فردای سقوط جمهوری اسلامی در شش ماه نخست دوران گذار است. من و تیم همراهم به این برنامه‌ها متعهدیم و آماده‌‌ایم که پس از رساندن انقلاب شیروخورشید به سرمنزل پیروزی و‌ سرنگون کردن جمهوری اسلامی، زمام امور را در دست بگیریم. در پی آن، فرایند انتقال قدرت، استقرار سامانه گذار، ایجاد امنیت، بازسازی کشور، و گذار به دموکراسی را هدایت کرده و به سرانجام خواهیم رساند.

چون همیشه، حمایت و اعتماد شما ملت بزرگ ایران‌، بزرگ‌ترین سرمایه من بوده و خواهد بود.

Let's get this straight:  The Iranian regime is waging war on us.  It had been waging war on us for nearly half a century.  It has killed over 1,000 Americans and injured thousands more.  The Iranian regime has spent decades developing nuclear warheads and ICBMs with the help of Communist China and others.  It is the greatest funder of terrorism (along with Qatar) directed at our country -- we, the people.  It has, in fact, attempted to assassinate the president at least twice.  And it will not stop developing nuclear technology and producing long range, intercontinental missiles for the sole purpose of wiping us off the planet, because that is why it exists.  It is genocidal.  It is a death cult.  It is evil.

The point is we have not been at war with Iran; it has been at war with us.  The question today, right now, is whether we will sign another Munich-type agreement with this regime, as in the past, all of which have been violated, and claim some kind of peace or ceasefire, or whether we will actually defend ourselves and future generations from an Islamic-Nazi regime that 10-years from now will have tens of thousands of ballistic missiles, including ICBM's that will reach our country, and their nuclear, chemical, and biological warheads.
