Has Modi Sarkar bowed down to Street Power?— Yes, ON THE FACE it looks like so.

Let me expose reasons behind this sudden decision.

-IB SOURCES HAD REPORTED THAT IT WAS PLANNED TO BURN 3-4 STUDENTS IN NAME OF SELF IMMOLATION AFTER GOVT REJECTS COCKROACHES' DEMAND OF PRADHAN'S RESIGNATION.

You can imagine the quantum of Vi0£ence Bharat would have been thrown into after that. I personally had received this hint 2 days back that massive vi0£ence was already planned over the weekend.

MODI SARKAR HAS DEFUSED THIS SINISTER PLAN.

Now the political masters behind Cockroaches are left with no justifiable reason to go ahead with planned vi0£ence.

AND IF THEY STILL DO.... THE MASSIVE STATE ACTION THAT WILL FOLLOW WILL GET TREMENDOUS PUBLIC SUPPORT WITH NO SYMPATHY FOR COCKROACHES THIS TIME.

Sometimes it makes sense to take a step back in larger interest & Modi Sarkar has done it AGAIN.

BJP supporters must be very angry right now but let me remind them about Alleged Farmers Protests when Modi Ji had rolled back Farm Laws.

Let's go back to that.

Same script was planned that time too. IB reports had indicated that time too, on alleged plan of ki££ing some protesting farmers blaming it on Modi Sarkar. Weapons were already stored in some religious places & reportedly, plan was to conduct Genocide in Punjab. Khalist@ni elements were involved & actively participating in the whole sinister plan.

That time too, PM .@narendramodi Ji had taken a step back & rolled back Farm Laws. Remember his words that time?— "Kisanon ke hiit mei Farm Laws laya tha, DESH KE HIIT mei vapas le raha hu"

But don't forget what happened later. All Khalist@ni faces involved were exposed & massive crackdown followed on those Anti-national elements decimating revival of Khalist@ni Movement.

So let's stay calm & Modi-Shah Ji unleash next course of action. Right now also all details behind funding to these Political Cockroaches are gathered by intelligence agencies, people behind them are identified & crackdown will happen. And will happen to such an extent that no-one will ever dare to hold Nation at ransom again.

As I write this.... Abhijeet Dipke has said that protests will not stop. Okay. Don't stop. Modi Sarkar has already scored brownie point among Real Students & their parents. Govt very well knows how to take advantage of Public Emotions & WILL DO WHAT IT MUST IN THIS SITUATION "NOW".

No-one will now feel anguished even if someone 'self immolates' now as ALL Demands are already fulfilled.

IT'S TIME NOW FOR MODI SARKAR TO ACT & NOT TO REACT.

आयपीएस अधिकारी श्री. विश्वास नांगरे पाटील यांना अचानक दुहेरी निष्ठा दाखवण्याची इच्छा झाली आहे असं दिसतंय. ते एक पोलीस अधिकारी आहेत, त्यामुळे त्यांची निष्ठा फक्त आणि फक्त पोलीस दलाची जी कर्तव्य आहेत त्याच्याशी असायला हवी. पण इथे नांगरे पाटील यांना त्यांची राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाशी असलेली निष्ठा दाखवावीशी वाटत आहे. सध्या राज्यात हिंदू संमेलनं भरवली जात आहेत आणि त्यातल्या एका संमेलनात जाऊन विश्वास नांगरे पाटील यांनी राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ, त्यांचे संस्थापक यांच्यावर स्तुतिसुमने उधळली. मुळात ही संमेलनं भरवली जात आहेत ती जरी अराजकीय आहेत असं दाखवलं जात असली तरी ती राजकीयच आहेत .

आणि ती भरवणारे कोण आहेत आणि त्यांचे हेतू नक्की काय आहेत, याचा थोडा शॊध घेतला किंवा विचार जरी केला तरी या मागचे हात कुठे आहेत हे कळेल. अर्थात प्रत्येक राजकीय पक्षाला किंवा अराजकीय संघटना म्हणवून घेणाऱ्यांनी काय कार्यक्रम घ्यावेत आणि काय त्यातून सांगावे हा त्यांचा, प्रत्येक पक्षाचा आणि संघटनेचा विषय आहे , त्यामुळे त्याबद्दल बोलायचा किंवा त्यावर भाष्य करण्याचा प्रश्नच उद्भवत नाही ! विषय एका सरकारी नोकरीवर असणाऱ्याने, त्यातही पोलिस अधिकाऱ्याने तेथे जावं का हा प्रश्न आहे !

अशा ठिकाणी नांगरे पाटील जाऊन राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाची तोंडभरून स्तुती करत आहेत. आपण पोलीस अधिकारी आहोत, निष्पक्षता ही अधिकाऱ्याकडून अपेक्षित असते याचं भान पण तुमचं गेलं ? तुम्हाला संघाबद्दल आपुलकी असेल, तर ती मनात ठेवा किंवा जाहीरपणे बोलायचं असेल तर सेवेचा राजीनामा द्या आणि संघात किंवा भाजपमध्ये सामील व्हा. सध्या तसंही गेली अनेक वर्ष मर्जीतल्या अधिकाऱ्यांसाठी पुनर्वसन हमी योजना सुरु आहेच. तुमचंही पुनर्वसन होईल.
नांगरे पाटील यांच्या वर्दीचा जो खाकी रंग आहे तो पोलीस दलाचा आहे असा आमच्या सगळ्यांचा समज होता, तो रंग संघाच्या आधीच्या खाकीचा आहे हे आत्ताच कळलं .

नांगरे पाटील यांचं सोडा, ते भरकटले असतील. पण अशी दुहेरी निष्ठा मुख्यमंत्र्यांना आणि गृहमंत्र्यांना चालते ? उद्या तुम्ही सत्तेवरून गेल्यानंतर दुसऱ्या एखाद्या संघटनेच्या कार्यक्रमाला मग एखादा अधिकारी गेला तर तेव्हा बोंब मारू नका ! एखाद्या अधिकाऱ्याच्या कृतीचं समर्थन ( अजून केलेलं नाही तरी पण गप्प बसणं हेही समर्थनच झालं ) करताना आपण काय चूकीचे पायंडे पाडत आहोत याचं भान कोणताही सत्ताधारी विसरतो तेव्हा आपण भविष्यातल्या येणाऱ्या पिढ्यांसमोर काय वाढून ठेवणार आहोत हेही विसरतोय ?

२०१२ ला रझा अकादमीच्या विरोधात महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेनेने काढलेल्या मोर्च्यात एका कॉन्स्टेबलने येऊन, पोलिसांच्या पाठीशी उभे राहिलात म्हणून माझं अभिनंदन केलं होतं. तर त्यावर तत्कालीन सरकारने निष्पक्षता सोडली म्हणून त्यांना सक्तीच्या रजेवर पाठवलं होतं. मग हीच भूमिका सरकार नांगरे पाटील यांच्या बाबत घेणार का ? का ही दुहेरी निष्ठा सरकारला चालते किंवा ती दाखवयालाच हवी असं वाटतं ?

आमदार, खासदार यांना 'आमच्याकडे या' म्हणलं की पळत जावं लागतं, अशी परिस्थिती आणून ठेवली आहे. सध्या विरोधी आमदार, खासदार उरलेत का अशी शंका वाटत असताना जर सरकारी अधिकारी पण जर निष्पक्ष नाही राहिले तर लोकांनी बघायचं कोणाकडे ?

नांगरे पाटील असोत किंवा अजून कोणी असोत यांना विनंती आहे की सरकारला तुम्ही त्यांच्या किंवा त्यांच्या मागच्या संघटनांच्या मागे धावलात तर त्यांना हे हवंच आहे. परंतू नांगरे पाटील तुम्ही एक चांगले कार्यक्षम अधिकारी आहात , तुम्ही तरी तुमची सद्सद्विवेक राजकीय पक्ष आणि संघटनांसमोर गहाण टाकू नका !

दीनानाथ मंगेशकरांचे नावही नीट उच्चारता आले नाही आणि सभागृहात एकाही सदस्याने आक्षेप घेतला नाही, हे अधिक चिंताजनक आहे.

मराठीचा खरा शोकप्रस्ताव काल विधानसभेतच मांडला गेला.

In a scathing rebuke that shook the Supreme Court’s corridors, Justices BV Nagarathna and Ujjal Bhuyan tore into Justice Aravind Kumar’s bench for its dictatorial denial of bail to Umar Khalid. Over five agonizing years in jail for fiery speeches, without trial, Khalid’s liberty was crushed under UAPA’s iron fist. Not content with rejection, the order slammed the door for a full year: no fresh bail plea. A judicial gag order, pure and simple.
This wasn’t justice; it was vengeance disguised as restraint. History will etch Kumar’s name in infamy, the bench that ignored the binding three-judge precedent in KA Najeeb, where prolonged incarceration without trial demands release. However advocates of Inar khalid did mention three judge bench order of Najeeb case. Bail is the rule, jail the exception, even under UAPA. Yet Kumar chose his rhetoric over constitutional conscience.
Nagarathna-Bhuyan’s order restores sanity, reminding us Article 21 is no slogan. Khalid’s team must now storm the CJI for a larger bench. CJI may refer it once again to justice Arvind kumar bench to safeguard the dignity of justice Arvind kumar bench for reconsideration. One day, every judge retires. The soul remembers what the pen betrayed. Liberty weeps, but truth endures. 1.⁠ ⁠Don't kill the spirit of a young lawyer and make them fearful and subservient all their lives.

2.⁠ It takes just a little compassion to understand that it's already way too tough for most young lawyers without the social capital, connections and privilege.....

We need to understand that they work hard but don't get even a fraction of the court's time or audience which is effectively monopolised by high profile litigation and senior members.

No law has failed as spectacularly & completely as the so called Anti-Defection Law!

A law made to curb the menace of 'defections', has never prevented defections from happening. And most people avoid disqualifications by using one of the many loopholes in the law.

The 2/3rd rule being cited by Raghav Chadha here is Paragraph 4 of the Tenth Schedule which essentially says this - if you defect as an individual, you will be in trouble, defect as a group instead and all will be cool! This paragraph is nothing but an incentive for mass defections.

If Chadha, Maliwal or any of them would have defected alone, even then they could have avoided disqualification as the Chairman of #RajyaSabha would just simply sit on their disqualification petition. That is how many defectors have managed to complete their terms without facing disqualification.

The only twist that remains to be seen is of word play.

Paragraph 4 says that it has to be the 'political party' which merges with another 'political party'. It doesn't say merger of one 'legislature party' with another. While it says that 2/3rd members of 'legislature party' have to agree with the merger, the merger still has to be of 'political party'. 7/10 MPs of AAP in #RajyaSabha agreeing with merger satisfies one requirement, but does it mean merger of 'political party' as well?

These might be academic discussions only, but the fact remains that at present politicians can jump from one party to another with little to no consequences! Are we okay with that?
