@pranavarneja01 @adityakgec @MYHCNewDelhi I have mailed to Chennai and Delhi consulate and got reply that they do not have any clue why this got rejected. They are saying to read the rules and apply.If I don't know what is my fault then how can I take a change to reapply?
I am really pissed off now .

@dranuragagrawal @adityakgec @MYHCNewDelhi They are rejecting the applied e-visa now for stamp and on arrival. People entering through Singapore and Thailand can apply for on arrival. The site is up and visas are being rejected.

Why not mentioned about Kolkata here? This is not possible for kolkata people to visit Delhi for apply tourist Visa.
If that is for work permit then what ever rules embassy mentioned is absolutely fine. But for tourist embassy should allow visa on arrival atleast.

Our flight ticket is booked that is also non returnable. And can not apply visa without flight ticket ...

@MYHCNewDelhi I have to come Delhi to apply the tourist visa ?? Is that feasible?
The round trip only flight charge will take from Kolkata to Delhi is almost Rs 10000/-.
And if I add food and accommodation then it will take another Rs 5000/- atleast.
