Warms my heart — how unapologetic he is about living his faith, and the impact this has on millions of Muslims in the states and across the world. Just beautiful.
The young man from Uganda 🇺🇬 took Islam to the public space in New York, leading the city… and somehow Arsenal is there too.
@ZohranKMamdani, this is beautiful. Keep going.
A total of 1,546 pilgrims were facilitated through Entebbe International Airport to Mecca and Medina in May 2026, compared to 1,320 pilgrims recorded in 2025. The return of the pilgrims is expected from May 31 to June 10, 2026.
We wish all the pilgrims a safe, peaceful, and spiritually rewarding stay in the Holy Land and look forward to welcoming them back home safely.
The Authority will work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth passenger facilitation, during the return operations, while managing congestion around the airport, considering that large numbers of relatives and friends usually welcome the returning pilgrims.
Departing passengers scheduled to travel during the above period are reminded to plan for more time so as not to miss flights. @welitravel
Difficulty in Hajj does not automatically mean a bigger reward. 🤍🕋

I stopped supporting @Arsenal and perhaps any football team in my teenage years, when Nwankwo Kanu,Thierry, Viera, Ray Parlour, Pires, and Bergkamp still lived in my heart.
Today, as Arsenal lifts the cup again, the boy I was in 2002 is suddenly smiling inside the man I have become.
Congratulations to @Arsenal. Yet I still believe that Africa must learn to love, and invest in its own football because nations rise when their people believe in their own talents. #Africa
Africa, despite its vast wealth, strong empires, and strategic position, has largely been a continent that connected with the world rather than conquering it.

American 🇺🇸 Foreign Policy has not brought peace; it has brought death ☠️ to the world.
According to Nicolas J. S. Davies:
1.Iraq 🇮🇶 2.4M
2.Afghanistan 🇦🇫 875,000
3.Pakistan 🇵🇰 325,000
4.Libya 🇱🇾 250,000
5.Syria 🇸🇾 1.5M
6.Somalia 🇸🇴 650,000
7.Yemen 175,000
8.Palestine 🇵🇸 72,315+ Palestinians killed under Israel’s war, armed and backed by the U.S. More than 20 years of Genocide.
Our celebrations have become so heavy with display and cost that they exhaust hearts before they drain pockets.
We need a new culture because true happiness does not lie in appearances, but in love, peace, and the warmth of genuine connection.
SOUTH AFRICAN VISAS
UGANDAN PASSPORTS
Guys, a person called MODJADJI MAHLANGU - Consular officer at South African High Commission, in Kampala took passports of Ugandans who had applied for visas.
She locked their passports in her office and not even a single person at South African high commission, in Kampala can do anything.
Her office was locked yesterday and locked today, some of the passports holders were meant to travel for 2 oceans marathons, paid tickets, accommodations and the high commission in Kampala says they don’t know where she is.
SOUNDS LIKE A JOKE! @HomeAffairsSA what’s this?
Ministry of foreign affairs Uganda( @mofaug ) please don’t take this lightly, follow it up and let Ugandans not be taken for granted.
Tag South African authorities.
