Dear Kotak Mahindra Bank- It's shameful the way you train your employee. My father got a call from the bank and they are asking to pay a 40k loan amount, that we never took. When I tried to explain to Vinay Kumar Tiwari, Sector 125 Noida Branch started abusing.

Someone did fraud and your employee was not able to be identified now they are even not checking the Aadhar card and only calling reference numbers and now this is causing issues for us. planning to go illegal complain

Why delivery person did not call me? Why I did not get the message before it went out for delivery?
Is the order status delivery time showing 11:36 PM, is it time to deliver any product in mid-night?
