Team @SamsungIndia, I bought Samsung The frame 55” Tv in 2021 with 3 year warranty, today it suddenly stopped working with a blank screen and sound is operating. One of your technician visited and quoted ₹85k to fix it. It’s really surprising, reliability of this premium product

I’m deeply disappointed. As a loyal Samsung customer, I never expected to be asked to pay ₹35,000 to replace the screen on a premium TV. I believe this issue stems from a product quality defect, not misuse. A brand like Samsung should stand behind its products and customers.

I have come across to know that, many customer’s are facing this issue, yet @Samsung @SamsungIndia @SamsungUS haven’t addressed this issue and resolved it. I always prepared Samsung as reliable and high quality brand.

It’s very unfortunate, day by day vehicles are raising in numbers on streets on the other hand road rules are thrown on air. I do not know, even after so many cctv installations why the traffic violations notices are not sending to the candidates. @DC_Dharwad
