Very disappointed with Rapido parcel service. Booked a delivery on 17 July (2 PM). Delivery partner picked up the parcel without OTP verification and then became unresponsive—no calls answered despite 30+ attempts.

@rapidoapp_ @TheLallantop @aajtak @JagranNews @AmarUjalaNews I tracked him till 6 PM; he kept roaming but never delivered. My ₹600 parcel is gone, at last parcel ride automatically cancelled—this is outright fraud.
Worst part: no customer care number, only email support. I’ve already mailed, but no action even after 2 days.

Still haven't received the ATM card. Now I can't register a complaint also.
That means no trace no delivery no responsibility? Such casual behaviour is not expected from India post

2 months since I got the text "Delivery successful" of new ATM card (old expired).
Till now card not received.Fatehpur Branch says they don't have it. Post office says they don't have it.

....in this season of heat and humidity, cutting power both day and night and that too for such a long period, for whatever reason, is not justified. We are facing a lot of problems due to this. Please pay attention to this.
