@USCIS Just extract the number of applications based on alien number and whoever has EB3 & EB2 I140 approved, give them GC in EB2. How hard it could be to run a report to find out how many such people in system? And bulk transfer to efficient processing centers…for god sake please!!!

@USCISDirector & i dont understand this multi-national manager part too, I am senior manager, how come a manager on L1 VISA has more GC urgency than me on H1 visa? Just for H1, my Manager role is discounted (against EB-1c), my US Citizen kids are discounted (against FB)

@USCIS Even after 2 months of submitting transfer of underlying basis, people do not have I485 J receipt. Why one will not proceed with refiling when they are getting GC in that time span from NBC. Get your act together…PLEASE wake Texas Service Center people up!! @USCISDirector

@USCISDirector USCIS “URGED” people to request for transfer of underlying basis (if applicable) so available visas can be used. 40 days in after a request and not even a receipt. 6 months in fiscal - SRC is set big time to waste 100K GC again.
