@USCIS @USCISDirector @POTUS .. Thank you for announcing new actions. Two months back you announced EB interfile. Lot of people interfiled.. no action so far .. what is the point of announcement when you have no intention to act. SRC is working on 2020 sept cases and NBC 2022 Jan 👏👏

@elska68236 Talk to your lawyer and do accordingly. If you got RFE then your case should be adjudicated after you reply to rfe. I would not recommend refile.I am referring to most of applicants who have not got any rfe or acknowledgment from uscis so far. Wish you good luck

@elska68236 @USCIS That’s true for most of the cases. @USCIS asks applicants to interfile and don’t refile, but they does not act on interfile cases and approves refile cases.. I don’t know the point of asking people to interfile. It’s a mess they created

@elska68236 @USCIS You are not alone, 90000 plus EB applicants are in the same boat.Texas service center does not adjudicate and does not transfer, just keeps them. While everyone at NBC gets adjudicated in 3 months.

#MakeTexasLBWork @USCIS @USCISDirector. Why re we processing EAD’s for the folks who are current in GC. Why not give them GC and set them free from Texas service center. These are lives of people not a bunch of documents. #makesrcwork
